What is forest bathing?
The Japanese call it ‘Shinrin Yoku’ and the Norwegians enjoy ‘Friluftsliv’. In the UK, we simply call it ‘Forest Bathing’! You can now enjoy this simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees on our Wellbeing Nature Trail, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply to help to de-stress and boost your health and wellbeing in a natural way.
Pick up a leaflet
You will soon find leaflets in the hospital and on the trail to provide more information.
